ANA-MI 2025 Call for Poster Presentations

Poster and Abstract Applications and Guidelines
Application Deadline: March 9, 2025

ANA-MI is now accepting student/resident poster applications for our poster session to be held on Thursday, June 5 at the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Grand Rapids. The first author must be present to display each accepted poster.

Submission Requirements:

• Student/Nurse Original Research or Case Study posters may apply.
• No abstract application fee.
• All accepted applicants will need to register to attend the ANA-MI Conference to confirm abstract acceptance.
• All authors’ names, titles, and e-mail addresses must accompany each abstract.
• Presentation at ANA-MI does not preclude abstract submission or publication.
• The abstract is limited to 350 words, not including the title, authors, institutions, and references.
• Abstract submission implies the authenticity of your work, and that all co-authors have been notified of this submission.
• The abstract will be forwarded to a peer review committee upon submission.
• Submit your abstract and IRB approval (if applicable) to the submission form by selecting the application button below.

Acceptance Information:

• Accepted applicants must register to attend the ANA-MI Conference to confirm acceptance.
• Applicants will be notified of acceptance by April 30, 2025.
• Poster dimensions are recommended to be 3’ x 4’ and be mounted on foam board via push pins at the meeting (Foam board NOT provided by ANA-MI)
• Accepted posters should be printed and transported in a protective tube.
• Presenters are required to be present at your poster during the scheduled breaks on Thursday, June 5, 2025, between 7 am - 5 pm.
• Posters to remain on display until Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 5 p.m.
• All posters not removed by Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. will be discarded.
